Shipping Policy

At Vericor, we understand that timely and secure delivery is essential to your research. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. If processing unexpectedly takes longer, you will receive an email notification.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic and International Shipping: Estimated delivery times are determined based on the selected shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Tracking ID. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the label has been generated.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for:

  • Complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the importation of research products.
  • Paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.

Note: Vericor is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Orders seized or held by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local regulations are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Packaging & Handling

Our peptides are shipped in secure, climate-stable packaging designed to maintain structural integrity. While our products are stable at ambient temperatures for standard transit durations, we recommend prompt storage in a refrigerator or freezer (as specified on the product label) immediately upon arrival.

6. Missing or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically compromised, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us at info@vericorbioscience.com within 48 hours of delivery.

“Delivered” but Not Received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please verify with neighbors or your local carrier first, then contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
