At Vericor, we are committed to the quality and purity of every product we ship. Due to the nature of chemical and biological research products, we have established the following policy to ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped. Because our products are sensitive to environmental conditions, we cannot accept returns once they have left our controlled-storage facility.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We take full responsibility for errors made on our part. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:
- Damaged in Transit: The package or vials arrive physically compromised.
- Incorrect Items: The product received does not match the product listed on your order confirmation.
- Missing Items: An item is missing from your shipment.
Reporting Issues: Any claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted to info@vericorbioscience.com within 48 hours of package delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
3. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Products that have been reconstituted or tampered with.
- Issues resulting from improper storage after the package has been delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with research results (as results vary based on experimental design and laboratory conditions).
- Orders delayed by courier services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or customs delays).
4. Process for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved by our support team:
- Replacements: We will expedite a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
- Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
